This project was to create an album cover for a song/band of your choosing. The song chosen was ” One of Those Days ” by the band Crush 40.
This song was chosen because it houses a message of keep going and never give up even if you have a bad day, those bad days will pass. This message was represented by the painting of the lady looking stressed but its in front of a sunset that represents a new day. The cover also has a QR code, space background and angel wings to represent technology (QR Code), new discoveries in the space background and never giving up (wings). What resulted is this final cover.
The idea of the album cover came from this sketch and the message of the song.

This piece was created using Photoshop with the goal of practicing using the software. Practicing using the cutting tool, the blending tools, text tool, and importing vectors to create a unique album cover that represents the message of the song and feel of the band who preformed it.
