This piece had the goal of Designing a logo using typography of a chosen sport, for a sports clothing company. The theme of making a logo Kickboxing/Karate/Taekwondo was chosen because of my interest in eastern culture. The thought process was that the logo should have the look of the words fast, eastern, padding, balance, dojo, brush.
This project was made to practice typography, type effects to create a recognizable image/logo and to present the chosen sport on clothing meant for it. To combine shapes and text to represent the sport.
To practice techniques like type on a shape and gradient letters. Presented in this by the type going around like a circle and the letters having a gradient of black and red.
Design on a water bottle and a shirt, prototype created in Adobe Dimensions.
