Paula Scher Booklet

For this project we were tasked to use InDesign to create a Booklet on a chosen designer, the chosen designer for this piece was famed typography designer Paula Scher.

The deliverables for the project was designing a cover that mimics the designer’s work. Then inside the booklet show an array of the designer’s work with citations, and write short paragraphs about their early life and their design philosophy.

In creating this Booklet we started with sketching and creating variations of the cover then sketch and plan the layout of the booklet.

The Goal of this project is to utilize Adobe InDesign skills to lay out a booklet of a chosen designer. To research images and utilize tools InDesign to import photos and lay out elements in a cohesive design. Also to use design skills to mimic the designs if the designer to make the booklet that is accurate to the designer.
